WC 2015 – Game 39 – India vs Zimbabwe at Auckland on 14.03.15 – India won by six wickets

This game witnessed the first occasion of rival wicket keeper batsmen scoring fifties. Zimbabwe captain wicket keeper BRM Taylor scored 138 in Zimbabwe’s innings. In reply in India’s innings, India’s Captain wicket keeper MS Dhoni scored 85 not out.

BRM Taylor’s century {138} and MS Dhoni’s half century {85 not out} in the game between India and Zimbabwe at Auckland on 14.03.15 provide the first such occurrence of a captain wicket keeper scoring a century and a half century in a World Cup game
