HM Amla emulates WU Tharanga

South African openers Q de Kock {168 not out} and HM Amla {110 not out} scored centuries against Bangladesh at Kimberley on 15.10.17.  This occasion provides the fifth occasion of HM Amla being one of the partners when both the openers scored centuries in the same innings.

HM Amla emulated WU Tharanga of Sri Lanka who is also one of the partners on five occasions when both the openers scored centuries in the same innings in the history of one day internationals. The feat of these two batsmen are detailed below.
