JC Buttler of Rajasthan has an aggregate of 824 runs in IPL 2022 as on 27.05.22. He became the third batsman in the history of IPL to amass 800 plus runs in an edition of IPL after V Kohli {973} and DA Warner {848}. The following table lists these three batsmen.

JC Buttler requires 25 more runs to occupy the second position in the list of batsmen who have scored most run in an edition of IPL. 25 more runs would fetch JC Buttler an aggregate of 849 runs with which he would unseat DA Warner who had scored 848 runs in 2016 representing Sunrisers.
