WU Tharanga of Sri Lanka owns the record for being a partner in most 200 plus runs partnerships for the first wicket. He has partnered seven such partnerships which is a world record
DA Warner and TM Head of Australia posted 284 runs for the first wicket against Pakistan at Adelaide on 26.01.17 to provide the 33rd occasion of batsmen posting 200 plus runs partnerships in the history of one day games.
