Pakistan  lost  the Melbourne test against Australia by an innings and 18 runs after posting 443 for 9 declared to provide the fifth occasion of a team losing a test by an innings margin after posting 400 plus runs in the first innings of a test.  The list becomes seven occasions when you add two more occasions when a side batting in second innings of a test {its first innings} and posting 400 and plus runs.
