Rahul Dravid owns the record  for most  century partnerships – 84 – in the annals of test cricket. A direct derivative of this world record is yet another world record attributed to India’s greatest batsman at number three. He is the only batsman in the annals of test cricket to partner ten or more century partnerships with four batsmen. He has partnered twenty century partnerships with SR Tendulkar, twelve with VVS Laxman,  ten each with SC Ganguly and V Sehwag.
