A Kumble of Bangalore returned with figures of 3.1-1-5-5 against Rajasthan at Cape Town on 18.04.2009. A Kumble’s bowling figures provide the only occasion of a bowler capturing most wickets conceding least runs in the Indian Premier League when he has bowled a maiden over in his spell. It also provided the only occasion of a bowler conceding identical number of runs and capturing identical number of wickets with a maiden over in his spell.

DP Nannes of Bangalore returned with figures of 1.0-1-0-1 against Mumbai at Bangalore on 12.04.2011. DP Nannes bowling figures provide the only occasion of a bowler bowling only one over in an innings which was a maiden over and capturing a wicket in the Indian Premier League. It also provides the only occasion of a bowler capturing a wicket without conceding a run in the Indian Premier League.

V Sooryavanshi of Rajasthan created a new record for most boundary sixes in a season in Indian Premier League. He has scored 65 boundary sixes as on 27.05.26. He went past CH Gayle of Bangalore who had scored 59 boundary sixes in 212 season. V Sooryanshi is the fourth batsman to score 50 plus boundary sixes in a season of Indian Premier League. The four batsmen are – V Sooryavanshi of Rajasthan – 65 boundary sixes in 2012, CH Gayle of Bangalore – 59 boundary sixes on 2012, AD Russel of Kolkata – 52 boundary sixes in 2019 and CH Gayle of Bangalore – 51 boundary sixes in 2013. CH Gayle is the only batsman to score 50 plus boundary sixes in two consecutive season of 2012 and 2013. At the end of the Indian Premier League 2026. V Sooryanshi has an aggregate of 72 boundary sixes at the end of the Indian Premier League 2026

V Sooryavanshi of Rajasthan became the second batsman in the Indian Premier League to score ten or more boundary sixes on four occasions after CH Gayle who has performed the fear on four occasions.

KC Sangakkara and JC Buttler are the two wicket keepers in the Indian Premier Leaague to effect five dimissals in an innings. KC Sangallara has perfomed the feat representing Deccan Chargers against Bangalore at Hyderabad on 14 Ape 2011 And JC Buttler performed the feat representing Titans against Sunrisers at Ahmedabad on 12 May 2026.
