England batsmen dismissed by the first ball of the match in one day games – JJ Roy gets added to the list

JJ Roy of England was dismissed by the first ball of the match in the first one day game between England and New Zealand at Birmingham on 09.06.15 to provide the 128t occasion of a batsman dismissed by the first ball of the match in the history of one  day game. His  dismissal provides the eleventh occasion of an England batsman dismissed in such a manner. All  the eleven occasions are listed below
