I Sharma of India captured his 200^th test wicket in the just concluded test against Sri Lanka at Col-SSC when he captured the wicket of Sri Lankan captain AD Mathews in Sri Lankan second innings. AD Mathews was dismissed leg before wicket by I Sharma for 110. I Sharma became the 65^th bowler in the annals of test cricket to capture 200 plus test wickets and also the eighth Indian bowler to capture 200 plus test wickets.
