Twenty five plus wickets in a series by bowlers against South Africa – R Ashwin is the new entrant to the list
R Ashwin’s aggregate of wickets in the ongoing test series against South Africa at the end of second day’s play in the fourth test at Delhi read 26. He became the 23rd bowler and also the first Indian bowler to capture 25 plus wickets in a test series against South Africa. All such occasions are listed below.
