South Africa’s record partnerships for the first three wickets is an identical score of 247 – the first wicket partnership is between HM Amla and RR Rossouw against West Indies at Johannesburg on 18.01.15, the second wicket partnership is between HM Amla and F du Plessis against Ireland at Canberra on 03.03.15 and the third wicket partnership Is between HM Amla and RR Rossouw against West Indies at Centurion on 28.01.15. Interesting enough all these three record stands are posted in the first three months of calendar year 2015. HM Amla is one of the partner in all these three record stands.
