R Ashwin now holds the record by an Indian bowler for most five wicket hauls in the fourth innings of a test. His 6 for 41 in the just concluded test against Australia at Bengaluru was his sixth five wicket haul in the fourth innings of a test. He went past BS Bedi and A Kumble who had five wicket hauls on five occasions. The performance of these three bowlers are furnished below.
