KN Williamson becomes the sixth New Zealand batsman to score 5000 plus test runs
KN Willamson of New Zealand completed 5000 test runs during his knock of 148 not out against South Africa in the ongoing test at Hamilton. He reached the milestone when he was on 60 during his knock of 148 not out. At the end of the third day of the test, his run aggregate read 5088. He became the 90th batsman in the annals of test cricket to amass 5000 plus test runs and also the sixth New Zealand batsman to compile 5000 plus test runs.
