Batsmen aggregating 1000 runs in three or more consecutive calendar years – V Kohli joins the elite list

V Kohli of India has aggregated 1063 runs in the calendar year 2018 so far. His feat provides the third occasion of his totaling 1000 runs in a calendar year. He has aggregated 1259 runs in 2016 and 1059 runs in 2017. He became the sixth batsman in the annals of test cricket to aggregate 1000 runs in three or more consecutive calendar years.
