The first T20I between India and South Africa at Dharamsala on 15.09.19 was abandoned without a ball being bowled to  provide the 28th occasion of an abandoned game in the history of T20 Internationals. All such occasions are tabulated below

It also provides the  fourth  occasion of India  involved in an abandoned game. It is interesting to note all these four games are on Indian soil. All such occasions are detailed below. It also provides the second abandoned game between India and South Afirca, the first such game was at Kolkats on 08.10.15
