V Kohli emulated SP Fleming in scoring 250 plus runs in his 50^th test as captain. SP Fleming had scored 274 not out and 69 not out in his 50th test as  captain against Sri Lanka at Col-PSS in April 2003. V Kohli  scored 254 not out  against South Africa in the ongoing test at Pune.
