Sri Lankan bowler’s four wicket hauls in losing cause in Twenty20 Internationals
PWH de Silva of Sri Lanka returned with figures of 4 for 33 against Australia at Col-RPS on 08.06.22. His effort was in a losing cause to provide the 81st occasion of a bowler’s four plus wicket haul going in vain in the history of Twenty20 Internationals. It also provides the fifth occasion of a Sri Lankan bowler’s four wicket haul in a losing cause and also provides the second occasion of a bowler’s four wicket haul in a losing cause against Australia.
