KK Nair of Vidarbha scored 122 not against Rajasthan at Vadodara on 12.01.25 to post his fourth consecutive century in the on-going Vijay Hazare Trophy. He became the third batsman in the history of Vijay Hazare Trophy to post four or more consecutive centuries in the tournament. N Jagadeeshan of Tamil Nadu holds the record with five consecutive centuries in 2011-22 season, while D Padikkal of Karnataka had scored four consecutive centuries in 2020-21 season
D Padikkal of Karnataka was the first batsman to post four consecutive centuries in Vijay Hazare Trophy in 2020-21 season. N Jagadeeshan scored five consecutive centuries in 2021-22 season in the tournament to become the second batsman.
