South African bowler’s four plus wickets in an innings in Twenty20 Internationals in losing cause

KT Maphaka of South Africa witnessed his four wicket haul – four for 20 against Australia at Darwin in the first Twenty20 International on 10 Aug 25 in losing cause to provide the 194th occasion of a bowler’s four or more wickets in an innings going in vain in the history of Twentty20 Internationals. It also provides the fifth such occasion against Australia.

It also provides the ninth occasion of a South African bowler’s four or more wickets in an innings going in vain in the history of Twentty20 Internationals. It also provides the first such occasion by a South African bowler against Australia.
