When V Sehwag scored fifty plus runs {97 not out| in the first innings of third test at Sara Oval, he achieved the distinction of scoring fifty in ten consecutive tests. He is the fourth batsman to earn the feat of scoring a fifty in ten or more consecutive test in the annals of test cricket.
