Mushfiqur Rahim of Bangladesh became the second batsman in the annals of test cricket to be dismissed “obstructing the field”.  He was dismissed “obstructing the field” when he had scored 35 against New Zealand in the ongoing second test at Mirpur on the opening day of the test.

England batsman Len Hutton was the first batsman to be dismissed “Obstructing the field” for 27 against South Africa at The Oval in Aug 1951

The interval between the two instances is 72 years four months
