HM Amla and JH Kallis when they added 340 runs for the third wicket against at Nagpur against India, it was their second association of 300 runs partnership in a test innings, the first being the 330 runs atand against New Zealand at Jo’burg in Nov 2007.

HM Amla-JH Kallis pair became the sixth pair to forge 300 plus runs partnerships on two or more occasions involving the same pair of batsmen in the annals of test cricket.
