B Sumanth of Hyderabad pouched three catches in the match against Bangalore at Nagpur on 12.04.10 providing the tenth occasion of a fieldsman accounting for three or more catches in an IPL game. The following table lists out all the ten occasions

B Sumanth is the second Hyderabad fieldsman to pouch three catches in an IPL game, the first being RP Singh. He had accounted for three Chennai batsman at Chennai on 14.03.10
SR Tendulkar of Mumbai and DA Warner of Delhi share the record for most catches in an IPL game with four catches to their credit. SR Tendulkar took four catches against Kolkata at Mumbai on 16.05.08, while DA Warner accounted for four Jaipur batsmen at Delhi on 31.03.10
