V Sehwag scored 99 not out in the game between India and Sri Lanka at Dambulla on 16.08.10 providing the tenth occasion of a batsman scoring 99 not out in one day games.

V Sehwag became the second batsman to score 99 not out against Sri Lanka after DM Jones of Australia who had made 99 not out at Adelaide on 28.01.85. He also earned the distinction of becoming the first Indian batsman to score 99 not out in one day games
