Chris Gayle is on the threshold of creating three new records in Twenty20 games. He has an aggregate of 8990 runs prior to the start of this game. He needs 10 more runs for 9000 runs in Twenty20 games. If he gets these  runs, he would then become the first batsman ever in the history of Twenty20 games to total 9000 runs.
