India capped KK Nair, KL Rahul and YS Chahal for this game. They became the 211^th, 212^th and 213^th cricketers to represent India in one day games. They also became the 16^th, 17^th and 18th Indian cricketers to make their one-day debut against Zimbabwe. It also provides the first occasion of three Indian cricketers making their one-day debut against Zimbabwe.
