RL Chase of West Indies returned with none for 102 against India at North Sound to provide the 26th occasion of a bowler conceding 100 plus runs without a wicket in a test innings on debut. All such occasions are listed below

RL Chase became the fourth West Indian bowler to suffer such an ignominy. What is interesting is that RL Chase became the first bowler to go wicket less leaking 100 plus runs in a test innings on debut against India. As many as 307 cricketers have made their test debut against India including RL Chase who made his test debut at North Sound.
