M Vijay was dismissed stumped for 82 in India’s first innings against Australia to provide the seventh occasion of an Indian opening batsman dismissed stumped after scoring a fifty in a test innings. He became the sixth Indian batsman to be dismissed stumped after scoring a fifty and the first Indian opening batsman to be dismissed stumped after scoring a fifty against Australia in a test innings.
