V Kohli scored two boundary sixes in his knock of 62 in this game which gave him an aggregate of 150 boundary sixes in Indian Premier League. He became the fifth batsman in the history of Indian Premier League to score 150 plus boundary sixes. Others are – CH Gayle {255}, RG Sharma {163}, SK Raina {160} and AB de Villiers {151}

 

CH Gayle’s lone boundary six in this game gave him a total of 150 boundary sixes at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bangalore. He become the first batsman in the history of T20 games to score 150 boundary sixes on a single ground. He is the only batsman in the history of T20 games to score 100 boundary sixes on a single ground.

 

V Kohli’s 62 in this game represents his 15th half centuries at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. He became the first batsman in the history of T20 games to score 15 half centuries on a single ground. He went past MA Carberry who has scored 14 half centuries at Southampton.

 

KA Pollard has an aggregate of 6978 runs in T20 games. He needed 22 more runs for his 7000 runs. He scored 70 runs in this game to take his aggregate to 7058. He became the fifth batsman in the history of T20 games. Others are – CH Gayle {9997}, BB McCullum {7411}, BJ Hodge {7338} and DA Warner {7060}.
