The ensuing Champions Trophy to be played in England from 01.06.17 will be the eighth Championship to be played. The following table list the winners of the previous seven editions. India is the defending Champions having won the trophy in 2013. South Africa won the inaugural edition in 1998-99. New Zealand won In 2000-01, trophy was shared in 2002-03 between  India and Sri Lanka West Indies won in 2004 and Australia  won in 2006-07 and 2009-10
