She now owns the record for most fifties by a wicket keeper batswoman in the Women’s World Cup. She went past India’s A Jain who held the record previously with three fifties to her credit. Previous best was her own 88 against New Zealand at Mumbai {BS} on 13 Feb 13 and  F Khalili’s 88 in the game between India  and England at Wanganui on 20 Jan 82

Thus SJ Taylor broke two records held  by Indian wicket keeper batswoman  in the world cup – the record for most  fifties by a wicket keeper batswoman held by A Jain  of  India and the  highest score by a wicket  keeper batswoman in the world  cup – 88 by F Khalili against England at Wanganui on 20 Jan 1982
