CH Gayle became the only batsman in the history of Twenty20 games to score 800 boundary fours and 800 boundary sixes. He achieved the milestone of 800 boundary sixes during the match between Khulna Times and Rangpur Riders at Dhaka on 08.12.17. He essayed a century – 126 not out in which he scored four boundary fours and 14 boundary sixes representing Rangpur Riders. His 13th boundary six – off Nazmul Hossain Shanto of the 15.1 over of the  innings – fetched him 800 boundary six. He  hit the next ball also for a boundary six which was the winning hit  for  his team and his boundary sixes aggregate at the end of this game read 801. His boundary fours aggregate swelled to 828 with his four boundary fours in this innings. His career figures read as under

CH Gayle posted another century – 146 not out representing Rangpur Riders against Dhaka Dynamites at Mirpur, Dhaka on 12.12.17 which was his 20th Twenty20 century. He became the first batsman in the history of Twenty20 games to post 20 centuries.

He also wrote into record books with 18 boundary sixes during his knock of 146 not out in this game. His 18 boundary sixes are the most scored by a batsman in the history of Twenty20 games. It was an improvement on his own 17 boundary sixes scored while making 175 not out representing Royal Challengers Bangalore against Pune Warriors at Bengaluru on 23.04.13

He has an aggregate of 1790 runs at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru and has an aggregate of 1230 runs at Mirpur, Dhaka.
