MS Dhoni achieves two more batting records against England at Lord’s

MS Dhoni has an aggregate of 1429 runs against England prior to the start of the game. He needed 31 more runs which would fetch him 1546 runs. He scored 33 runs at Lord’s – the second game of the series and took his aggregate to 1462.  He surpassed SR Tendulkar’s 1455 runs and now occupied the second place in the list of batsmen who have scored most runs against England. Yuvraj Singh with 1523 runs has occupied the first place

MS Dhoni had an aggregate of 492 runs against England in England prior to the start of the game. He needed eight more runs for his 500 runs. He scored 33 runs at Lord’s – the second game of the series and took his aggregate to 539. He became the fourth Indian batsman to total 500 plus runs against England in England. Others are – R Dravid {648}, SR Tendulkar {639} and SC Ganguly {565}
