He has scored 71 in the first innings and 46 not out on the third day of the ongoing test against India at The Oval. He needs four more runs for his second innings fifty. AN Cook will become the second batsman to score twin fifty in his farewell test against India. JDB Robertson of England is the other batsman. He had scored 77 and 56 against India at Chennai in Feb 1952. It is interesting to note that JDB Roberstson and AN Cook are the England batsmen to perform the feat against India
