Q de Kock’s unique feat – becomes the first wicket keeper in the annals of test cricket to score an individual ninety and effect six dismissals in an innings.
Q de Kock of South Africa earned the distinction of becoming the first wicket keeper in the annals of test cricket to score an individual ninety and effect six dismissals in an innings. He achieved this feat when he scored 95 in South Africa’s first innings and caught six batsmen in England’s innings in the ongoing test between South Africa and England at Centurion. What is more interesting is the fact that five of his catches in England’s innings were the first five England batsmen.
