Hat tricks in Twenty20 Internationals – AC Agar joins the list
AC Agar of Australia performed a hat trick against South Africa at Johannesburg on 21 Feb 20 to provide the 13th occasion of a bowler performing hat trick in the history of T20Is. All such occasions are tabulated below
AC Agar became the second Australian bowler to perform hat trick after B Lee. B Lee had performed the feat against Bangladesh at Cape Town in 2007/08 season. It was the first hat trick in the history of T20Is. B Lee’s feat was in the T20 World Cup and remains the only hat trick in the T20 World Cups played so far. AC Agar’s feat was the first hat trick performed against South Africa in T20Is.
