RG Sharma’s rare feat in one day internationals
RG Sharma of India scored six boundary sixes in his knock of 119 against Australia at Bengaluru on 19.01.20 which fetched him an aggregate of 27 boundary sixes against Australia at Bengaluru. His became the third batsman in the history of one day internationals to score 25 plus boundary sixes at a specific ground against a specific opposition. Others are – Shahid Afridi – 25 boundary sixes against New Zealand at Sharjah and CH Gayle – 33 boundary sixes against England at Barbados. The feat of these three batsmen is tabulated below.
