V Kohli’s run aggregate against South Africa in South Africa read 719 at the end of India’s second innings in which he made 29. He became the second Indian batsman to score 700 plus runs against South Africa in South Africa after SR Tendulkar who has an aggregate of 1161 runs
V Kohli’s run aggregate read 2900 as captain on away soil at the end of this test. He became the fifth captain in the annals of test cricket to total 2900 plus runs on away soil. Others are – GC Smith {4854}, CH Lloyd {3526}, SP Fleming {3314} and AR Border {3175}.
