Mohammad Rizwan of Pakistan scored 78 not out against Bangladesh at Christchurch on 07 Oct 2022 in the ongoing T20I Tri series involving Pakistan Bangladesh and New Zealand in New Zealand. This knock fetched him an aggregate of 2196 runs which makes him to own the record for most runs by a wicket keeper batsman in the history of T20Is. He is one of the three wicket keeper batsman to aggregate 2000 plus runs in T20Is. Others are JC Buttler {2119} and Q de Kock {2019}
