A Century and five plus wickets in an innings in the same test
Ravichandran Ashwin is all set to provide the 37th occasion of a cricketer scoring a century and capturing five or more wickets in the same test. R Ashwin has scored 113 in India’s first innings and captured three wickets in Bangladesh’s first innings at the end of the third day in the on-going test at Chepauk. He needs two more Bangladesh’s wickets to 37th occasion of a cricketer scoring a century and capturing five or more wickets in the same test. R Ashwin scored 113 in India’s first innings and captured six wickets conceding 88 runs in Bangladesh’s second innings in the just concluded test between India and Bangladesh at Chepauk. His feat of century and capturing five or more wickets in the same test provides 37th occasion of a cricketer scoring a century and capturing five or more wickets in the same test.
