BA Stokes was dismissed bowled in England’s second innings to provide the tenth occasion of his getting bowled in an innings against India. He became the first England batsman to be dismissed bowled in an innings against India on ten or more occasions in the annals of test cricket.

This Lord’s test has witnessed twelve bowled dismissals so far to provide the most occasion of bowled dismissals in a test in the test series between England and India. The previous record was ten bowled dismissals witnessed in the test at Hyderabad in Jan 2024 in a test in the test series between England-India.
