Amit Verma became the most capped cricketer in KPL. He is playing his 30th game and became the first cricketer to play in 30 games in KPL

This game witnessed rival captains who also kept wickets for thier teams. K Sudeep was the captain wicket keeper for Rockstars while DT Patil led Bellary Tuskers and kept wickets

Raju Gowda was dismissed for a duck in this game to provide his fourth duck in KPL. He now shares the second place for most ducks in KPL with K Sudeep and RK Sabharwal. The record for most ducks in KPL is held by C Raghu who has collected five ducks.

Amit Verma captured four wickets for five runs in this game to provide the 27th occasion of a bowler capturing four or more wickets in KPL. He also became the third bowler to capture exact four wickets conceding single digit runs in KPL. Others are – C Raghu – 4 for 8 for Maharajaas against Bijapur Bulls at Bangalore on 10.09.09 and D Nagi – 4 for 9 for Hubli Tigers vs Rockstars at Hubballi on 04.09.15

Rockstars were dismissed for 78 in this game to provide the seventh occasion of a team dismissed all out for a total less than 100 runs in KPL

Bellary Tuskers won this game by ten wickets to provide the second occasion of a team winning a game without losing a wicket in KPL. The other occasion was Mysuru Warriors winning the game against Rockstars at Mysore on 04.09.14. Thus Rockstars became the first team to lose a game by ten wickets on two occasions.
