Abrar Ahmed of Pakistan captured eleven wickets conceding 234 runs on his test debut in the just concluded Multan test against England was in losing cause to provide the sixth occasion of a bowler’s ten wicket haul on debut in a test match going in vain. All such occasions are tabulated below.
