Its previous largest win by runs margin was its win by 67 runs against Rajasthan at Delhi on 31.03.10. AM Rahane became the 43rd cricketer to lead a team in Indian Premier League when he captained Rising Pune Supergiant against Delhi Daredevils at MCA-Pune. AM Rahane was leading Rising Pune s in place of  its regular  captain  SPD Smith who could not take the field due to a bad stomach.

 

AM Rahane became the third captain to lead Rising Pune Supergiant after MS Dhoni and SPD Smith. AM Rahane became the 31st captain to lead a team against Delhi Daredevils in Indian Premier League. The following table lists the captains with their performances
