MA Agarwal’s aggregate in 2016 edition of KPL read 414. He became the first batsman to total 400 plus runs in any edition of KPL. The previous best was 347 runs by KL Rahul of Hubli Tigers in 2014 edition

MA Agarwal’s boundary fours aggregate in 2016 edition read 44. He now holds the record for most boundary fours scored by a batsman in any edition of KPL. The next best was RR Bhatkal’s 35 boundary fours in this edition of 2016.

Mohd Taha’s run aggregate read 713 at the end of this game. He became the eleventh batsman to total 700 plus runs in KPL. Others are – MA Agarwal {1154}, R Jonathan {820}, R Samarth {802}, B Chipli {785}, KK Nair {779}, Amit Verma {772}, RV Uthappa {771}, KB Pawan {764}, R Vinay Kumar {749} and RR Bhatkal {741}

R Vinay Kumar and KR Kapoor were dismissed runout in this game to provide the 17th and 18th occasion of a captain dismissed run out in KPL. It also provides the first occasion of rival captains dismissed run out in a KPL game.

This game witnessed a few rare similarities. Both the openers from rival teams were caught by the same fielders. KB Pawan’ aggregate at the end of Bellary Tusker’s innings read 826. He became the fifth batsman in KPL to compile 800 plus runs. Others are – MA Agarwal {1154}, R Jonathan {820}, Amit Verma {804} and R Samarth {802}. Amit Verma became the fourth batsman in KPL to compile 800 plus runs. He had reached the landmark earlier during his innings of 32 when he was on 28. KB Pawan at the end of Bellary Tuskers’ innings occupies the second place in the list of batsman who have scored most runs in KPL. The first place is occupied by MA Agarwal who has an aggregate of 1154 runs.

KB Pawan’s 62 in this game represents his fifth fifty in KPL. He became the 13th batsman to score five or more fifties in KPL

J Suchith’s two wickets in this game gave him an aggregate of 42 wickets in KPL. He now occupies the second place in the list of bowlers who have captured most wickets in KPL. The first place is credited to K Gowtham who has captured 47 wickets. His tally includes the lone wicket captured by him in this game. J Suchith went past – R Vinay Kumar who had an aggregate of 41 wickets – on his way to second place

J Suchith with 42 wickets to his credit now owns the record for most wickets by a bowler representing a single team in KPL. He has represented Mysore Warriors in all the editions he has played. He went past R Vinay Kumar who has an aggregate of 41 wickets representing Belagavi Panthers

VV Kumar’s wicket aggregate at the end of this game read 32. He now occupies the fourth place in the list of most wicket takers in KPL. The first three places are occupied by K Gowtham {47}, J Suchith {42} and R Vinay Kumar {41}

AA Joshi completed 600 runs during his knock of 30 when he was on 24. At the end of this game his run aggregate read 606. He became the 16th batsman to total 600 plus runs in KPL.

Arjun Hoysala’s run aggregate for Mysore Warriors read 504 at the end of this game. He became the first batsman to total 500 plus runs for Mysore Warriors 

J Suchit’s aggregate wickets in 2016 edition read 15 to provide the sixth occasion of a bowler to capture 15 plus wickets in a single edition. Mayank Agarwal became the first batsman in KPL to compile 1000 runs. At the end of Belgavi Panthers game against Rockstars at Hubli on 28.09.16 his run aggregate read 1016. He reached the milestone of  1000 runs when he was on 50 during  his  knock of 66 not out in this game.

He has represented three teams in KPL – Shamanoor Davanagere Diamonds. Bellary Tuskers and Belagavi Panthers. His performance for each of these three teams are furnished below. His 87 boundary fours and 44 boundary sixes are records in KPL in its resepetive parameters
