The eleventh match between Afghanistan and India at Dub-DSC on 08 Sep 2012 in the ongoing Asia Cup T20 2022 witnessed the very first occasion of both the openers from one team scoring fifties and both the openers from the other team scoring zeroes in the history of Twenty20 internationals. India’s openers KL Rahul and V Kohli scored 62 and 122 not out respectively in India’s innings, while Afghanistan openers Hazaratullah Zazai and Rahmanullah Gurbaz were dismissed for ducks respectively in Afghanistan’s innings.
