RG Sharma scored consecutive centuries against Australia at Perth and Brisbane in the ongoing one day series. At Perth he scored 171 not out and at Brisbane he scored 124. This is the second occasion of his scoring consecutive centuries in his one-day career. He became the thirteenth batsman in the annals of one day games to score consecutive centuries on two or more occasions. The ‘maverick’ batsman Shahid Afridi of Pakistan and TM Dilshan of Sri Lanka share the record for most ducks in the tournament. Both the batsmen have been dismissed without scoring on five occasions.
