Zimbabwe Triangular series – Fifties by captains on their first captaincy assignment
TM Dilshan’s 61 on his first outing as captain against India at Bulawayo on 30.05.10 made him the 40th captain in the history of one day game to score a fifty on first appearance as captain. He is third Sri Lankan captain after ST Jayasuriya and MS Atapattu to achieve the feat. The following table lists out all the forty captains arranged chronologically
