Intermittent rains and the wet outfield reduced this game to a nine overs a side. The match was started at 8.45 PM instead of the scheduled start of 6.30 PM.

Mangalore United batted first after winning the toss and scored 68 for 5 in the allotted nine overs. Bharat Chipli {12}, R Jonathan {18}, Md Azgar Pasha {14 not out} and Karun Nair {16} were the batsmen to reach double figures.

Chetan Williams {2 for 20}, C Raghavendra {2 for 10} and Tarun Muthanna {1 for 09} shared the wickets that fell in Mangalore United’s innings.

Mysore Maharaaja’s innings won the game by seven wickets scoring the required run with a consummate ease. KB Pawan and HT Sudhir Rao added 26 runs for the first wicket. Another useful unfinished stand of 30 runs for the fourth wicket between Nitin Bille and Manjunath SP ensured that the target was reached. They won by seven wickets under VJD method with a score of 69 for 3.

Nitn Bhille was the top scorer with 27 not out in a stay of 20 minutes. He was at the crease for 20 minutes and his knock contained two fours and two sixes.
