India and West Indies had new wicket keepers in West Indies-India Test series. WP Saha who kept wickets for India in this test became the 16th wicket keeper to keep wickets for India against West Indies, while SO Dowrich who kept wickets for West Indies in this test became the 18th wicket keeper to keep wickets for West Indies against India. WP Saha became the 13th wicket keeper to keep wickets for India against West Indies in West Indies, while SO Dowrich became the 15th wicket keeper to keep wickets for West Indies against India in West Indies.
